  • Graphite shaped parts
    In graphite products, special-shaped graphite is a new type of graphite product with good chemical stability and corrosion resistance. Special-shaped graphite can be used in various high-temperature environments in industry, buildings, and farmland. It is commonly used in the production process of electric power equipment and other equipment due to its good waterproof and corrosion-resistant properties.
  • Carburant
    In the smelting process of steel products, the melting loss of carbon elements in the molten iron increases due to factors such as smelting time, holding time, and overheating time, resulting in a decrease in the carbon content in the molten iron, which cannot reach the theoretical value expected for refining. To make up for the carbon content lost during the steel smelting process, carbon-containing substances added are called carbon additives.
  • Graphite scrap
    Graphite scrap refers to the waste products generated after carbon products are graphitized, as well as the materials produced during the processing of graphitized products, such as cutting and crushing. The definition of graphite scrap varies in different materials. Some materials and literature refer to graphite particles that are not very large as graphite scrap (such as graphite powder), while others state that graphite products of a certain size and in block form are considered graphite scrap. Here, we refer to the second type, which is commonly known as graphite blocks. Graphite scrap is generated from the graphitization of graphite products and the machining process. It is used as an additive and conductive material in the steelmaking and casting industries, and can also be processed according to customer requirements for size. They are also widely used in electric arc furnaces (steelmaking) and electrochemical furnaces (metallurgical and chemical industries).

It reacts with oxygen at different high temperatures to produce carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide. Only chlorine can directly react with elemental carbon. Graphite powder is easily oxidized by acid at high temperatures. At high temperatures, it can also react with many metals to form metal carbides, which can be used to smelt metals.

    Graphite electrode is a kind of high-temperature resistant graphite conductive material, which is made of Petroleum coke and asphalt coke as aggregates, coal tar pitch as binder, through raw material calcination, crushing and grinding, batching, kneading, molding, roasting, impregnation, graphitization and machining. According to its quality indicators, it can be divided into ordinary power graphite electrode, high power graphite electrode and ultra-high power graphite electrode.
